Robert S. Bliss, President: Mr. Bliss has a proven track
record of successful company expansion and
turnarounds in the telecommunications
industry since 1972. Over the years, he has
assumed executive management roles including
President, Executive Vice President/General
Manager, and Vice President of Sales in
organizations exceeding $350 million in
revenues annually. His focus at DTC is to
guide the organization to the next level by
expanding territory, building business
relationships with new partners and clients,
and growing the existing strategic
relationship with NEC.

Gordon G. Maccani,
Chief Executive Officer: Mr. Maccani formed
Digital Telecommunications Corporation (DTC)
in 1982 and has built the organization into
one of the industry's most successful
companies. He provides a wealth of
experience in all facets of the business
including Sales, Operations, Facilities
Management, and Public Relations as well as
General Management. As Mr. Maccani states,
"It takes work and commitment to maintain
customer satisfaction". The continued
success of DTC clearly demonstrates his
personal dedication to this philosophy.

Ronald L. Buzbee,
Sr. Vice President of Operations: Mr.
Buzbee has been involved in management,
sales support and technical experience in
the telecommunications and data fields since
1972. He has a track record of building and
motivating effective service and
installations teams’ with the focus on
customer satisfaction. Mr. Buzbee’s previous
management roles include Operations Manager,
Director of Engineering, Director of
Operations, and Vice President of
Operations. Mr. Buzbee has a “customer
centric” philosophy that is consistent with
the DTC commitment to provide customer
support and satisfaction that is without
peer in the telecommunications industry.

Ed Regan,
Vice President, Operations: Mr. Regan entered
the telecommunications business as a field
technician in 1982, and has assumed various
technical positions including Engineering and
finally, Operations Management roles. He has
built an outstanding reputation in the market
for guiding the service, installation, and
facilities management teams to provide DTC
customers with excellent service. He is
responsible for management of the technical
field group, execution of deployments, and
maintenance of the quality standards of ongoing
maintenance support.
